Its forms are not separate substances, but different behaviours of the same flow. The more civilization learns to control Pantaray, the more reality itself becomes infrastructure.

A former military scientist in synthetic biology and high-energy chemistry, Woz survived an accident that fused his body with the flow. His chip failed to activate, leaving him outside the category of citizen—and able to dismantle and recombine Pantaray in ways no machine can reproduce.
